About Finch  

Finch Therapeutics is a clinical-stage microbiome therapeutics company leveraging its Human-First Discovery platform to develop a novel class of orally administered biological drugs.   

With the capabilities to develop both complete and targeted microbiome therapeutics, Finch is advancing a rich pipeline of candidates designed to address a wide range of unmet medical needs. Finch’s lead candidate, CP101, is in late-stage clinical development for recurrent C. difficile infection (CDI). In June 2020, Finch announced that CP101 met its primary efficacy endpoint in PRISM3, the first of two pivotal trials to support the development of CP101 for the prevention of recurrent CDI. Finch is also developing CP101 for chronic hepatitis B, and FIN-211 for autism spectrum disorder. In partnership with Takeda, Finch is advancing FIN-524 and FIN-525 for ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, respectively. 


Position Summary 

The Operations Associate will serve as the main interface between cross-functional teams in the organization ensuring data integrity, product traceability, and supply chain forecasting. The Product Operations team builds user-driven systems and provides key data insights to ensure the organization meets its manufacturing goals. 



  • Under the direction of management, lead the planning, communication, execution, and closing of cross-functional projects that support supply chain processes.  
  • Partner with product stakeholders to understand needs, uncover issues, and provide actionable insights for continuous system improvement and scalable and sustainable solutions. 
  • Advocate and ensure the integrity of data critical for commercialization and scaling. 
  • Work with cross functional teams on documentation for processes and procedures. 



  • 1+ years of work experience; preferably with project management adjacent skills, or healthcare/management consulting experience 
  • Demonstrated success identifying, evaluating, and developing systems or procedures that meet business needs 
  • Ability to approach problems with a design thinking mindset  
  • Curiosity for how businesses undertake problems of scale  
  • Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills  
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with a strong attention to detail  
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs 
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
